Rico is open to negotiating a fair rental price based on your needs and your budget.  Generally the gym is for rent at the following prices:

• Trainers can use gym for one-on-one training for $15/hour, for classes or larger groups $25/hour

• The gym is a great space for video shoots and events for $45/hour
